The fifth suitable signed circuit would trigger season planning and renewed conversations with Gentleman prospects. It does not confirm an organiser, dates, released vehicles or participant capacity. Customer booking inventory requires operational sites, released configurations and explicitly accepted capacity.
How a status reads
- Contract
- None, proposed, signed or ended. A non-binding letter is not a signed operating contract.
- Station
- Planned, ordered, delivered or installed. A purchase order is not an operational station.
- Technical
- Study, prototype, testing, released or restricted. Only a released configuration supports its stated operation.
- Capacity
- Requested, accepted, held, booked, delivered or released. Regional interest is not a confirmed booking.
If a site is delayed or withdraws, affected future availability must be withdrawn or revised and the agreements reviewed. Existing customer rights must not be silently removed.
Regional demand
By region. Never by person.
Verified driver commitments can help recruit circuits and schools where demand clusters. The downloaded proposal would show a region only once at least three verified commitments are present. That threshold alone is not a privacy guarantee: safe aggregation, suppression and publication approval must be agreed before any counts appear.
