Experiences & partners
Experiences and brands
Distribute the experiences, or activate a brand around them. Distributors buy a commercial route to a real driving product; brands fund association, content and activity. A sponsor is not automatically a reseller. Every figure below remains proposed, not a released tariff.
A
Distribute experiences
Gift platforms, employee benefits, corporate rewards and specialist experience resellers.
B
Sponsor or activate a brand
Association, content rights and real driving activity, with execution budgeted rather than assumed free.
C
Other programme partners
Track-day operators, clubs, corporate programmes and technology partners.
Distribute experiences
For gift-experience platforms, employee-benefit and corporate-reward distributors, and specialist resellers. Buy a defined commercial route to a deliverable driving product, not unlimited access to a fleet.

Two distribution channels
One architecture. Two routes to market.
Both channels use the same proposed Launch and Strategic structures, rates and capacity mechanics. They are not separate price lists, and one organisation may take part in both.
Three separate timelines
Protection. Purchases. Use.
- Commercial protection
- The progressive proposal is six months for Launch and eighteen months for Strategic, counted from actual agreed commercial opening with a deliverable product. Duration and scope remain under review; the controlled sources also retain an earlier twelve-month Strategic branch, so the signed schedule must resolve the choice.
- Payments and purchases
- Rights are paid at signature; operating purchases are funded by accepted capacity blocks in the first twelve operational months. Each block defines product, operator, region, dates, quantity and price, and is funded before customer vouchers are issued.
- Session and credit use
- Dates, voucher or credit validity and unused balances are defined separately in the accepted block and signed schedule. Neither the purchase window nor the protection period automatically sets the session expiry date.
Proposed five-year buying conditions concern access to agreed buying terms, not five years of unlimited sessions or protection.
Standard driving elements
Four products. Distinct rates.
| Product | Ordinary wholesale | Launch | Strategic | Operator net |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| C25 · Sprint 25E circuit Discovery | £65 | £55 | £50 | £40 |
| C66 · Sprint 66E circuit Performance | £95 | £85 | £80 | £60 |
| S25 · Sprint 25E school tuition | £80 | £70 | £65 | £55 |
| S66 · Sprint 66E school tuition | £105 | £95 | £90 | £65 |
Curriculum, track access, staff, duration and tax basis must match for a rate to apply. A performance product is not supplied at a Discovery tariff by default. Operators must accept capacity and dates before a distributor sells against them.
For Sprint 25E circuit runs only, £40,000 buys 727 whole Launch runs with £15 unspent, about £68.76 per run including rights. £150,000 buys 3,000 Strategic runs, about £66.67 per run including rights. These are arithmetic examples, not bookings.
Scoped channel protection+
Protection is limited to Sprint 25E Discovery, a precisely defined third-party gift-experience or employee-benefit channel and the agreed UK or narrower territory. A rights fee alone creates no booking.
Accepted volume, drawdown milestones, marketing actions, launch dates and timely payments are conditions. Unused protection lapses under objective terms, while funded bookings and customer obligations remain honoured.
MK / VDK direct sales, circuit direct sales, school tuition, Gentleman, direct corporate activity and pre-existing rights remain outside the scope unless expressly included. Exclusivity creates neither vehicles nor guaranteed demand.
An upgrade gives the total new duration from the original agreed starting point, not old duration plus new duration; it cannot override another partner's rights. A VDK delivery delay is not treated as distributor failure to buy.
How distributor demand connects to the network+
A qualified distributor demand signal may prompt proposals for regional circuit recruitment, school or host matching, reactivation of an existing opportunity, or aggregate demand evidence. Each is reviewed and approved by a person.
It never automatically signs an operator, creates capacity, publishes a partner or sends outreach. In the other direction, a verified circuit or school capacity event may propose relevant distribution follow-up, again subject to human review.
Upgrading Launch to Strategic+
The upgrade adds £150,000 commitment: £40,000 additional rights and £110,000 additional cumulative operating purchases. Sessions already used stay at their contracted rate; unspent cash carries forward once and the improved rate applies to future sessions.
It does not add a fresh 3,000-run block on top of activity already used. Purchase milestones, remaining balances and existing rights must be reconciled in the upgrade schedule.
Rights, purchases and session use+
Operator settlement, distributor wholesale price and customer retail price are distinct. Operating purchases buy sessions, not a second rights fee. Qualifying energy is allocated once alongside operator settlement.
Commercial protection, purchase milestones and session or voucher validity each follow their own signed schedule. Protection starts only at an agreed commercial opening with a deliverable product. Accepted capacity blocks identify product, operator, region, dates, quantity and price before they are sold.
Only Proposal A is published here; alternative distribution structures are not offered as a simultaneous tariff. An enquiry establishes no capacity, automatic exclusivity or purchase obligation.
