Experiences & partners

Experiences and brands

Distribute the experiences, or activate a brand around them. Distributors buy a commercial route to a real driving product; brands fund association, content and activity. A sponsor is not automatically a reseller. Every figure below remains proposed, not a released tariff.

A

Distribute experiences

Gift platforms, employee benefits, corporate rewards and specialist experience resellers.

B

Sponsor or activate a brand

Association, content rights and real driving activity, with execution budgeted rather than assumed free.

C

Other programme partners

Track-day operators, clubs, corporate programmes and technology partners.

Club / community

For car clubs and driving communities.

Club Founder

PROPOSED

£10,000

  • -Five years
  • -15% member conditions on up to £200,000 of purchases
  • -Club days and co-branding
  • -5% club referral reward (proposed)
Member conditions and discounts benefit members directly. The club referral reward is separate and depends on actual member purchases: it is not a guaranteed return.
ILLUSTRATIVE

At full eligible purchase volume, the higher club's 15% on £200,000 gives members up to £30,000 of gross price savings; the club referral is calculated separately. These are conditional arithmetic, not net profit or guaranteed earnings. Fleet access does not include unlimited free use, transport or damage cover.

What the agreement must define+

Eligible products, comparable price basis, purchasing limits, provider, tax basis, benefit dates and capacity must be agreed. Track, instruction, transport, bespoke activity and damage cover are not unlimited free benefits.

Referral rewards specify the eligible sales base and recipient. Incompatible discounts cannot be combined on the same service unless explicitly funded. Technology support may include identified equipment or engineering, without automatic IP transfer or guaranteed procurement.
