What if I have very few existing commitments?

Most founders underestimate the weight they already carry. The Commitment Audit usually surfaces 3–5x more signal than the founder remembers — intros, advisor agreements, in-kind support and prior pilots all count.

Will the showcase site be public?

No. The Stage Showcase site is gated and partner-facing by default. It is built for orchestrated introductions, not search-engine traffic. A public site comes later, in Stage 5.

Do you handle press relationships at this stage?

We curate existing coverage and quotes into the press file, and prepare the project so it is ready for press. Active press outreach is part of Stage 5 — Marketing & Crowdfunding.

How is this different from a pitch deck?

A pitch deck asks for belief. A Stage Showcase demonstrates that belief already exists — with named partners, signed agreements and live commitments behind it.
