How it works
01
Name your target brand
Pick the organisation you want to win - a prime, a Tier 1 supplier, a manufacturer or a research body.
02
Describe what you can support
Your capabilities, products, accreditations and the problems you solve. This is what the Navigator matches against.
03
Get your prospect map
Clear fit areas, the relevant business units, and the people most likely to own that need with links to their LinkedIn profiles.
04
Work it in your Snowball workspace
Push contacts straight into your private research queue, record introduction routes and track them through to quote and order.
What you get back
- A plain-English summary of how you fit the target organisation
- Fit areas with the proof points you should be showing
- The business units and programmes most likely to need you
- Named contacts with job title, unit, LinkedIn link and a priority rating
- Outreach angles and a short list of next actions
- One-click save into your private research queue
Bring your own AI key
Add your own OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini or Lovable key on your account and the Navigator runs on your credits, with no Snowball usage limits. Keys are stored privately against your profile, never shown to other users and never used for anything other than the requests you trigger.
No key? It works straight away on Snowball's built-in AI.
Add a key on your accountResponsible prospecting
Prospect Navigator does not fabricate personal contact details. It will not generate email addresses or telephone numbers, it labels every suggestion with a confidence and verification level, and it always gives you a LinkedIn search link so you can confirm the person and their current role before you reach out. Everything you save stays inside your private workspace.
Questions
Whose AI does it use?
By default it runs on Snowball's built-in AI. You can also add your own OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini or Lovable API key on your account, and the Navigator will use your key and your credits instead.
Does it invent contact details?
No. The Navigator never generates email addresses or telephone numbers. It suggests roles and named people with a confidence rating, and always provides a LinkedIn search link so you can verify the person yourself before making contact.
Is my data private?
Yes. Prospect maps are generated inside your private project workspace and are only visible to you and the collaborators you authorise. Nothing is published.
Who is it for?
Manufacturers, specialist suppliers, consultancies and scale-ups that sell into large organisations where the hardest part is finding the right person to speak to.
