We are a momentum advisory for founders. We turn fragile early-stage visions into stakeholder-ready projects by aligning sponsors, partners and capital across a defined seven-stage process — from Idea Launch Pad all the way through to Follow-up Partnership Strategy.
Ambitious founders with a vision that feels too big to start alone. We work across new product development, software, sport, events, medical research, academic and government collaborations, and media production. The common thread is a project that needs multiple stakeholders to align before it can move.
Submit your idea using the Start Project button on any page. You can do it anonymously or signed in. We review every submission manually, and if we believe we can help we respond inside a few working days with a Launch Pad proposal.
Yes. All submissions are treated as confidential by default. We only share your project with named partners you explicitly approve, and formal engagements run under a mutual NDA from day one.
Pricing is published in full on our Pricing page. We work on transparent monthly fees rather than commission, so our incentives stay aligned with the founder. Equity arrangements, where they apply, are always subject to separate written agreement.
We do not take referral fees or kickbacks from any partner we introduce. Equity participation is only ever considered case-by-case and is always subject to separate written agreement — never bundled into the standard service.
The Idea Launch Pad usually takes two to three weeks. From there, founders progress through the remaining six stages at the pace their project demands — some reach a public launch inside six months, others take a year or more depending on sector and complexity.
No. Bring conviction and context. The Launch Pad exists specifically to take a sprawling, half-formed vision and reduce it to a defensible wedge with documents to match. The more polished your starting point, the faster we move — but it is not a prerequisite.
We have a dedicated Accelerator Support track for programmes that want to use the Snowball method to map founders, mentors, milestones and missing stakeholders across a cohort. See the Accelerators page for how it works.
An agency executes briefs. A fund deploys capital. We do neither in isolation — we orchestrate the people, partners and momentum so that capital and execution become inevitable rather than negotiated. The founder stays in control throughout.
