FAQs
Do you take carry or management fees?
No carry, no management fees. We may charge a deal-introduction fee on closed rounds — disclosed up front before any introduction is made, and only paid by the project, never by you.
How is the pipeline curated?
Every project is scored on momentum (stage progress, founder responsiveness, traction signals) and investor-readiness (deck, data room, legals). You only see projects matching your stage, ticket size, sectors and geography.
Can I co-invest with mentors or other funders?
Yes — many of our best rounds are syndicated between angels, mentors-turned-investors and institutional funders. We can introduce you to other Snowball funders looking at the same deal.
What due diligence material do I get?
A standardised Snowball project profile: pitch, team, traction, stage history and momentum score. Founders share their full data room directly with you once you request a deeper look.
Am I committed to invest if I request a meeting?
Not at all. A 'request to collaborate' is just an intro — you can say yes, no, or not yet at any point. We track responsiveness because founders value a quick no over a slow maybe.
