Does Snowball take equity in my role?
No. Only the project itself may issue equity to you — Snowball facilitates the match and you negotiate terms directly with the founding team. We never sit on your cap table.
Can I keep my day job while I explore?
Yes. Most co-founder matches start part-time while you and the project test fit. Founder roles eventually expect full-time commitment, typically within 3–6 months of formalising.
How are matches made?
We pair you with live projects based on your craft, sector conviction, and stated capacity. You'll typically see 2–3 curated matches per month — never a public job board to scroll through.
What if I have my own idea already?
Apply via the Founder route to bring your idea into Snowball as a project. You'll get our seven-stage support structure rather than being matched into someone else's venture.
What support does Snowball provide after I join a project?
Access to our stage-by-stage playbook, mentor network, supplier marketplace, and funder pipeline — plus a dedicated Snowball partner you can escalate blockers to.
